What is BISMA?
BISMA (Indonesia Atmospheric Database) is an integrated database system that can manage the data collection of Indonesia atmospheric parameters and atmospheric observation science and technology related knowledge base. The main source of the database are implementation results of basic duties and functions of units, stations, and workshops of LAPAN's environment. Apart from the said observations, BISMA sources atmospheric parameters data from national and international data centers.
BISMA is built to support:
• Public Service.
• Decision Support System.
• Education and Training
• Research
BISMA can be used by ministries, agencies, local governments, universities, and communities which need atmospheric observation science and technology related data / information without any payment due.
